Eric Dinnel
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Eric Dinnel is the Founder and CEO for Reach3Global, a 501c3 non-profit global education organization. Dinnel is an award-winning educator. He is an internationally recognized education visionary, global education catalyst, entrepreneur, and speaker. Dinnel has received awards in each of his educational experiences as a superintendent, principal, assistant principal/athletic director, teacher, and football coach. Dinnel has school leadership experience in all grade levels, urban and rural schools, traditional, private, online, turnaround, and international schools. His schools have been recognized on local, regional, national and international levels. Dinnel has directed an international student exchange program and international student council. He has led and directed several new school and start up projects. Dinnel was the recipient of the 2020 Global Forum for Education and Learning Top 100 Educators. His prior education work experiences include being a licensed financial rep for the Vanguard Group and an extensive internship with a law enforcement special operations team. Dinnel holds a B.A. from Colorado State University and a M.A. from the University of Phoenix.
John Griego
President
John Griego has extensive experience in both public and private Christian Education. His experience as an educator spans 45 years and has served in the following roles; Special Education teacher, elementary, middle and high school assistant principal, Elementary Principal, Director of Instruction, Executive Director of School Leadership and Charter School Liaison. Currently, John is the owner of Encore Leadership Consulting, LLC that provides Leadership and Life Coaching support to school leaders across the State of Colorado.
James Pat McGraw
Vice President
Pat McGraw is a consultant for Developing, Learning and Innovating LLC as well as for HSSK. Mr. McGraw has 32 years of experience as an employee of and consultant to various school districts. He has served as Chief of Staff, Chief Development and Innovation Officer, and Executive Director of Enterprise Solutions for Douglas County School District in Castle Rock, Colorado, one of the fastest growing school districts in the U.S. with over 60,000 students and revenues in excess of $500 million. His experience includes the management and oversight of the district’s professional development organizational structure and Continuous Quality Improvement department, negotiation and implementation of service contracts and the development and implementation of the first performance pay program in the state of Colorado, as well as the school district’s first Kindergarten-through-12 grade online school (eDCSD). During his tenure at Douglas County School District, Mr. McGraw was responsible for strategic planning as well as financial accounting/planning for various departments within the school district. Mr. McGraw earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado, a Master of Science degree in Chemistry and Physics Instruction from the University of Northern Colorado and an Honorary Doctorate of Education from Jones International University.
Greg Newman
Secretary
Greg Newman has owned and operated Coyote Blind Company, Inc. for 19 years. He has volunteered with numerous non-profits for over 20 years. He brings a wealth of business knowledge, sound operational practices, and strategies to the board. Greg is married and has four children.
Steve Parker
Treasurer
Steve Parker is a local youth pastor and has been involved in youth ministries for over 20 years. Steve has participated on the charter school board for Globe Academy in Colorado Springs, CO and has experience in education as a teacher, counselor, and administrator. Steve is married and has two children
Dave Gilman
Director
Dave began his law enforcement career as a sheriff’s deputy in Oregon in 1992, assigned to both the marine division and the patrol division. During that time Dave also worked part time at the Oregon Police Academy where he was an instructor in defensive tactics, O.C./pepper spray, and collapsible baton. He taught these same courses to multiple law enforcement agencies across the state. Dave also spent six years on the tactical enforcement (SWAT) team as lead sniper/observer. Dave accepted a police position in Colorado in 2001, where he has worked in many capacities including patrol officer, neighborhood policing officer, crime prevention officer, patrol sergeant, and currently patrol lieutenant. Dave has over 30 years of military experience and has served in both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation New Dawn. These opportunities have provided him with a global perspective on violent crimes. Most recently, Dave has specialized in church security, beginning with the formation of the Faith-Based Security Coalition following the New Life Church shooting incident. His focus is on the development of the security team within the church and the ability of that team to respond to real life emergencies through scenario-based training. Dave holds a B.S. in Multi-Disciplinary Studies from Grantham University.
John Gilberts
Director
John Gilberts serves as U.S. Director, Director of Global Partnerships, and Interim Canadian Director for Greater Europe Mission (GEM), an organization dedicated to offering spiritual hope to the peoples of Europe. He is also the author of Worth the Risk, an historical fiction account of Bob Evans, founder of Greater Europe Mission, and modern-day missionary Jazz Jones-Becker, who survived a terrorist attack in Paris in 2015. John grew up in the Wisconsin Northwoods. He earned a B.A. in theology and music from Moody Bible Institute (1991) and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix (2005). John enjoys playing the guitar, photography, and working on his fly-fishing skills. He and his wife, Molly, live in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
